CLUB HACIENDA EL ATILLO, RESORT & SPA is a gated community with 24 hour security. There’s a swimming pool and Jacuzzi tub, with a pool deck, lounge chairs and tables. A clay tennis court and basket ball court with lights are just above the equestrian club area. Close to the main entrance is the Club House, Chapel, Library, Gallery, Restaurant and Bar.

There’s a large stone spa that has two rooms with massage tables a shower and waiting area. The gym is close to the pool area and accessed through the Club’s central outdoor plaza which is surrounded by walkways, gardens a creek with a waterfall and some short hiking trails.

Club El Atillo shares for the homes in Casona Don Joaquin-El Atillo are two $5,000.00 shares each, per home, 50% to be paid upon contract signing, 50% with in 90 days.

SHORT TERM FINANCING for Casona Don Joaquin homes and lofts after the completion phase of the project will also be available from Club El Atillo.                       
Option 1- 50% down payment of the total sales price, 50% balance paid with 8% interest in 90 days
Option 2- 30% down payment of the total sales price, 70% balance paid with 8% interest in 180 days.                                                                         
Construction of the Casona Don Joaquin-El Atillo project will start June 15, 2012. The estimated completion date is May 15, 2013.                                                                         
If you want to make your home in El Atillo but want a larger home than is available in the Casona Don Joaquin project plan, you have the option of buying more than one lot and building your own custom designed home. The square meters allowable per lot of building area need to be maintained per city requirements.
